Recent Project Highlight — Built-to-Rent Townhouses
A smartly designed townhouse development on a small corner lot, delivered for a first-time developer. Despite challenging site conditions—including a large nature strip tree limiting driveway placement and strict overshadowing constraints on neighbouring properties—we successfully maximised site yield to four dwellings. Using advanced design and modelling software, we navigated complex planning requirements and delivered a high-performing, build-to-rent project with lasting value.

Strategic Rezoning Success — Unlocking Hidden Land Value
Swarup identified and acquired a 3,600 sqm parcel of land that had remained vacant for over 40 years, largely due to Council’s long-standing no-development policy. Initially told he could only camp on the land, Swarup engaged in a determined two-year negotiation process — working closely with stakeholders from the General Manager to geotechnical engineers. Through strategic planning and persistence, the land was successfully rezoned for residential use, unlocking significant value and transforming an overlooked site into a viable development opportunity.
