Geelong Council approves nine units

Our client owned two houses in a Growth Zone suburb near Geelong. We designed nine townhouses- five of which were modular and provide flexible ownership options.

The units are accessible friendly with kitchenette option for a self contained bedroom on the ground floor.

We designed a 6.5 star energy efficient project with a housing choices for downsizers and first home buyers.
